Backed by over 30 years of strategic leadership experience in the church context, Paul has a passion to fuel churches, organizations, ministries, and individuals to become prevailing influencers in our generation.
Combining a deep love for God, and a down to earth, practical communication style that inspires audiences, God has used Paul to impact thousands of lives. He is a strategic thinker who has led through multiple organizational phases and can help others do the same. Paul is the founding pastor of Metro Community Church in Edwardsville, Illinois. Leading the church from a handful of families meeting in the basement of a home to being a church of over 1700, with multiple campuses. Paul’s heartbeat and focus has always been to develop leaders and take the life transforming gospel of Jesus to those who are disconnected from God.
Paul and his beautiful wife Melody reside in southern Illinois, just outside of St. Louis, Missouri, and are the parents of three adult sons: Caleb and Elena Westbrook, Luke Westbrook, and Joshua and Sarah Westbrook.
